How to Use Discount Codes?
Using a code from this site
- Find your store using the search bar, the A–Z directory, or the category pages — make sure the country flag matches where you'll shop.
- Click 'Get Code' on the offer you want. The code copies to your clipboard automatically and the store opens in a new tab.
- Shop as usual and add your items to the cart.
- At checkout, find the discount field — it's usually labeled 'Promo code', 'Coupon', 'Discount code' or 'Have a coupon?'
- Paste the code and press Apply. The discount should appear on the order total before you pay — if it doesn't, see the troubleshooting section below.
Deals without codes
Some offers are 'deals' rather than codes: the discount (a sale price, free shipping, a gift) applies automatically when you click through — no pasting needed. These are labeled 'Deal' instead of showing a code.
Why a code might not work
When a code fails at checkout, it's almost always one of these reasons — check them in order:
- Wrong country storefront: the code is for the Saudi site but you're on the Egyptian one (or vice versa).
- Minimum spend not met: the discount applies only above a basket value — check the code's terms on our page.
- Excluded items: many codes skip sale items, specific brands, or marketplace sellers.
- New customers only: some codes require a first order or a new account.
- One per customer: if you used the code before on the same account, it won't apply again.
- Auto-applied credit: stores sometimes apply stored credit automatically, replacing your code — remove it and paste the code manually.
- Expired: if none of the above helps, the code has probably just died — please report it so we can re-test and mark it.
Three pro tips
- Stack with bank offers: apply our code first, then pay with a card running its own store promotion — the two discounts usually combine.
- Test on the biggest basket: minimum-spend thresholds are easier to clear on a full cart, and percentage codes save more on bigger orders.
- Check the last-tested date: on every store page we show when each code was last confirmed working — fresher is more reliable.
